Do you do custom orders that aren’t listed in your shop?

Yes! Email or text me for any questions you may have. More than likely I can do it!
How long in advance do I need to place my order?

At the very least, 3 days. If it is sooner than then and aren’t sure, give me an email or text and ask! I might be able to squeeze you in!
How do I contact you?

At the bottom of the website it will have both my phone number, and my email! I’m available from 8am - 11pm! I will get back to you as soon as possible!
Do you Deliver?

Sometimes, Yes! In each product you will have the choice to select “Delivery” or “Pickup”. If you select Delivery, I will later get the address once I have confirmed the order!
Do you do wedding cakes?

Yes! They are listed in my “Cakes” section. If you have any questions please, feel free to call, text, or email me!
Is there a deposit?

Yes. The reason is most of the time I have already started the order days before it is picked up, meaning I waste some ingredients. If you paid a deposit and want to cancel your order and I did not start, you will receive a refund.
POLICY
Payment Policy
50% of the total amount of the order is required before I start to secure your order date. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations MUST be made at least 72 hours prior to pickup for a refund or credit. Once the order is started, your deposit will not be refunded.
Flavor & Customization Policy
One Flavor per dozen is included in every order. In the orders that are ONE flavor only, you must pay an additional fee ( $3.00 ) to add extra flavors.
Substitutions
Flavor substitutions and changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to pickup. Changes within 48 hours may not be accommodated.
Color Variations
Due to lighting, screens, and food coloring variations, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
PICKUP & DELIVERY POLICIES
Pickup times are scheduled in advance. Please arrive within your selected time window. Late pickups may not be accommodated.
Transport Responsibility
Once an order leaves our possession, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, temperature, or transport.
ALLERGY & FOOD SAFETY POLICIES
All products are made in a home kitchen that may contain dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

QUALITY & SATISFACTION POLICIES
All products are made fresh using high-quality ingredients. Concerns regarding your order must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.
Refund Limitations
Refunds will not be issued due to personal taste preferences or changes of mind
